Yes, printing is a dark art within XenApp; however , you will see with a few well chosen policies life can be placed in gentle equilibrium and we can enjoy a little relaxation.

Most certainly printing is not something to leave to the Citrix XenApp defaults and to pass your CCA you can be expected to be able to fully understand the policies that you may implement to gain control of printing and print drivers. Starting with, perhaps, disabling client printers. From that starting point we may then allow client printers but only connect the client’s default printer.
